Sir, I received my UDID Number and digital medical Blindness certificate by mail in June 2021 and till date I have not received any hard copy of card, I myself have taken out colour print, leminated and using as UDID card. But in getting this UDID number I faced too much of problem. The main problem here is Department of Disabilities are giving detail of hospital which is very far from our residence.
