Hi Sir, I have a valid medical certificate that was certified by ophthalmologist that is 100% blindness in my both eyes. Also, I was assured by CMO officer in KC General Hospital, Bangalore. medical officer. Finally, through CMO officer verified my other details and once again submitted through online to the department of UDID card Department, but the status is showing your UDID card is not available to download and your UDID card number is also not generated in UDID card website..
