I think educated Totally blind person should demand for banking facilities without signature also if they are not comfortable with signature. I face signature mismatch issue. I had face challenges but I could resolve them. When we talk about reasonable accomodation in all aspects of life then why not implement here? Bank staf can't equate educated totally blind person with sighted illiterate people.
