Axis perhaps, we should somehow try and reach the top management.
Usual channels including social media ones, they just stonewall you.
But coming from a collective on social media platforms might be more
forceful than individual initiatives. Perhaps we should try and reach
out to the Axis CEO on Twitter or Facebook?

I have also noted recently that IDFC First Bank, a bank that has in my
experience been the least discriminatory in providing banking services
to visually impaired people, has major accessibility issues with their
Android app. I have reached out and have received a positive initial
response. I haven't been able to reach out to any one in the tech
team, but there has been a callback from the general customer support
and there was no denial from their end.
