it is not just that my friend. The status of the disability mentioned in the udid card is permanent having no necessity for any renewal. Even then, the cards issued by various authorities like railway and others, on the basis of udid, mention an expiry date which is totally illogical when they claim that UDID card as the base for issuing other cards.
