Hi! I also have a similar query. I am not able to travel overseas, but I want to get green card /citizenship of the United States by living in India. The purpose is that, I want to get membership of NLS, a division of library of Congress made for Persons with Blind and print disabled. Is there any option that we can get US green card without visiting their, only for NLS membership? Thanks.
