Hi there. First of all, this is not a similar query. I asked about something else, and you asked about the green card or PR visa for United States of America. It wouldn't be possible on the basis of criteria mentioned by you. Additionally, it isn't that easy. It is based on the quota system and requires you to be sponsored either by an employer, and you must reside there, or family unification. There are different pathways available, but highly dependent on your profile.
