Well, I too feel that the language of the newspapers should be easy so that 
everyone could understand it. But, there's a wide gap between easy language 
and poor language. For example, if a newspaper is erring while using 'ex' 
and 'former', 'quit' and 'quitted', 'formulas' and 'formulae', 'murder' and 
'manslaughter' and so on, then it is a newspaper which has poor language. I 
too make mistakes - but spotting them in the newspapers is very bad.


I mentioned this here because I was afraid that I am being miscued. I am 
sorry if I skirted from the topic.
