For the first time, use the login and user name provided by SBI. Please open
the envelope very carefully. The information may be given inside the paper.
Then after succesful complition the process you can change the user name and

How are you? As per your guidelines I approached local SBI branch and
obtained user name and password. The problem I have been facing is I am
not able to login to my account with the user name and password. When
ever I try to login Message appears as "in valid user name or password".
