It could well be, since the addresses for which I said to have sent messages --acording to those mail delivery notifications-- doesn't sound familiar. In fact, that is what is making me suspect if someone has secretly checking or using my email, though I am nearly sure I haven't left my password anywhere.

There were very strange "mail delivery notifications" and responses to mails which I haven't on my own. Is it possible to delete this account? Will my account be safe if I just change the password? I had not checked mail sent to this account for six months. The hacking appears to have stopped in March. Does this mean that Google introduced measures that made it difficult for hackers to access accounts?
