but, the engeneer has  formatted whole  hard drive, and he says, that
he has even deleted the previous partitions and repartitioned the
whole.
as per is the backup files are concern, yes, they have been scanned by
updated avast antivirus.
what's next, is it probable that the problem will get solve after
reinstalling the OS after formatting whole hardrive again? should i go
for it?
isn't there any good antivirus that can first remove the virus before i do so?
ok, i'm not turning to be a stupid inquisitive, however, appologies in
advance, if anything sounds silly.  as these techno things, just
bumping for me.
and, on the other hand, for the  information of those who are calling
