Surely, government of India is far from simple-minded when it comes to
Accepting applications for various services.
At least, Karan, you could have explained whether you have submitted the form
by using screen reader, and if so, which, and whether independently or not.
Issue is here larger than individual tones of voice or choice of words.
Government sites, at least are legally required to be accessible.
