I am still faced with the same inaccessible page, at least with JAWS 10,
windows XP and my limited computer skills......

That explains it. It seems Rajesh's mail reached the NIC folks who quickly
rolled out an accessible page. Last night when I had a look at it. It did
not look so bad. Karan must have seen that site when a better accessible
page was active.
It is somewhat satisfying to see AI mails are read with interest in many a
quarters.
Sad it left with bitterness in the mouth with some. I am sure there would be
an accessible page up there soon, so, folks who are interested in enrolling
here check it more often.
