Hi Himalaya,
Chief Commissioner for persons with disabilities is the best solution
for such type of problems.
The issues that you've mentioned in your mail are well within the
jurisdiction of CCPD.
You might be aware that a disable person can file his or her complain
online as well!!!
CCPD is legally bound to decide the case within three months from the
date of filing of the complain.
Yes. They don't do whatever they're appointed to do, and personally,
my experience with CCPD has been a bitter sort of thing.
But people like you and me and others will have to make them accountable!!!
I personally think that a note relating to these type of issues and
the link of CCPD has to be appended at the end of each every
accessindia mail, so each and everyone could know about it.
Thanks and regards,
Akhilesh.
