Hi Himalaya,

The problem you mentioned is applicable for all issues, not only those
related to disability. Such is the state of our judicial system. But
your
idea of a fast track court to hear disability issues alone is an
interesting
one. There is merit in the argument that persons with disability require
action quicker that the rest of the country but I think it will be
difficult
to get this implemented. Another option may be to give sensitization
training to the judiciary. This should also be explored. I suspect that
this
may be easier to implement.
