Hi mr. Sameer,
Undoubtedly you’ve raised an important issue, and it seems that we're
all agreeing on the fact that the disability should be disclosed.
However, as you've said, the interviewer tends to skip such
information, so it seems no use of mentioning your disability.
I personally think that it should be highlighted in such a way, that
it could attract the attention at 2nd or 3rd glance of your CV.
Asterisk it, bold it, but it should stand separate of cv’s format.
