I searched online for a solution of this problem, and as Vikas sir has
pointed out that it's the problem of RAM and not the flash memory. For
the same, I installed software to monitor my RAM usage called
"taskman" and surprisingly, when I get the error of "Memory full", it
shows that I still have around 35 MB free. This somewhat amazes me and
this makes me draw two possible conclusions:

Well, whatever the case be, I unfortunately have not found any
solutions as yet to this problem, though some would say, that restart
is as good as solution one can get and hardly takes a minute to
reboot.
