Zip contents three files 1. .pdf format of Unicode font Hindi language new draft bill 2. .html format of Unicode font Hindi language new draft bill 3. .doc format of Unicode font Hindi language new draft bill I have created html format with heading levels as it allows good navigation for us. I used original non Unicode pdf file which was uploaded by our members. Many thanks to Nirmal Verma, our Bookshare Consultant who gave me converted base document. Further I did formatting and editing. This is not a perfect doc as it does carry some conversion errors. Also in original file there are few mistakes with number sequencing and it is un-match with Table of Contents. I have kept original things as it is. I tested this with Jaws and NVDA Hindi and it is readable but we have to tolerate few errors in reading. Hope this is useful.
