Hai,
I appreciate the effort taken by the students. As the problems faced
by the VI have been conspicuous so long, no one was ready to voice for
it. Instead, some elite VI’s were busy concentrating on petty or
futuristic things: the very few VIs , who let the scribe answer for
them; alternative exam patterns, like writing with legs and  mouth,
data less computers/laptops with costly/less used open source
operating system/screanreading software etc. Many had accepted it as a
part of our own problems. Ya! Nice effort friends.
I would like to suggest, only one thing, try not to make things hard
for ourselves.
