Its long due for a change! the draft of the revised PWD Act has included it. Perhaps when the Act was created way back in 1994-95 not much was known about many disabilities that we now know. Labeling often does more harm which professional are very adept at. The only objective of giving a noun to a condition is to understand the potential in the condition and adaptation required to mainstream and nothing more. regards
