Eyeway, Have you heard the recordings of the lectures delivered some years
ago for XRCVC? These lectures were specifically for the visually challenged
and may help to Initiate the process of career guidance.  did read your mail
that you wanted a general resource but i don't know of any so I thought that
these lectures would help.

on the captioned subject, i have one book which proved to be a great
resource at several instance to me  and to many of my friends which i

i do not know the exact author/compiler of the same but can certainly
be good resource.
