Although bookmarks are very much available in Microsoft Word, I'd rather
prefer you to take the advantage of the JAWS place markers if using JAWS 12
and above. The only disadvantage of this is that you can put only one place
marker in one file. In fact, the only purpose of this one to identify the
last read position.
To place the marker, simply press control+winKey+K. And, to identify the
same, once you open the file, simply hit WinKey+K and you'll be landing up
the same position. It is much more handy than the regular bookmark feature.

Subject: [AI] Page number announcement

Hello Friends,
I have a word file having hundreds of pages. After giving read command
(insert + down arrow) jaws starts reading the document page by page
automatically. But in this case I didn't understand how many pages I have
read out. I want jaws to say page number while reading. How to do it? I also
want to land on the page last read at the time of closing the document after
opening it later. How to do this? I know the book mark function but I want
to do it automatically by setting. Thank you.

Regards
