Here in Mysore, SB M bank's
personnel resisting to provide the InternetBanking facility by saying
"customers who put LTM are illiterates and not eligible to avail the
internet banking."
Though I persistently tried to explain about the R.B.I's Master Circular ,
C.C.P.D's judgement of 2005, and I.B.A's oreder based on the judgement, it
was no use.
I also registered the complaint via SBM's online customer care facility.
Till now there is no response from them.
So, what is the next step?
suggestions awaited!

I have tried and it was rejected. have tried at least 3 times. with SBI.
so I can only use it for self.
What about third party? I was not able to issue though have a check book.

Banks have higher resistance to give cheque book to a blind person who do
