Hello, Not atack on anyone. but, Justice Sistani's judgments/orders regarding visually-impaired have always been beyond my comprehenssion.
I don't know the advocate this time, but, probably Mr. Sinha has not represented Kartik. New lawyers should not experiment with the matters of such greater importance. HRLN should have made it sure.
