hai harish, before allowing to subscribe, a detailed biodata of the person
should be scrutinized and this should be done for existing members also.
members who have nothing to do with visual impairedness should be eliminated
strictly.

1 What about new person who does not have anyone to refer him
2 There are members or family member who look for such place to answer
their questions and who have learnt about us accessing the web?

can serve. So, should new members be approved only on referrals or
invitation?
And is it also time to set up a mechanism to verify the identity of

It is reported that there are few people with multiple and fake IDs here.
I think members and the moderator should reflect on these questions.
