As per my knowledge, no visually challenged person is working as judge even in the state of Karnataka. Small correction there. Srinivasamurthy is working as a second divisional assistant (SDA) in senior judge court Maddur, Mandya district, Karnataka. Basically he wants to know: 1. Any totally blind is appointed as SDA in the court anywhere in India? 2. If so, what kind of work is assigned for him, is screen reading software provided there? 3. as a second divisional assistant in the court, what are the tasks visually challenged can perform efficiently? However, I am sad to say that we do not have a single Judge with blindness still! I am happy to learn that we have visually impaired judges in Karnataka.
