Windows R, sndvol, enter Try to find the control that reads "volume for jaws up down slider" and adjust the volume. If you are unable to find that, may be jaws is using some other sound output device. Go to "device" menu (Alt D) and check the volume of whatever devices are listed there. You should be able to find "volume of Jaws up down slider" in one of these devices.
