Hi, The below information might be of some help in this regard. i've noticed that different windows appear by clicking the speaker icon in the system tray in different ways. 1. if we press Insert + F11 and then press speakers and then volume mixer, all the application specific options to reduce or increase volume are available there. 2. if we go to system tray by pressing Windows key +B, only system volume option is available there.
