Respected members of accessindia,
i extend my heartfelt thanks for your comments with regard to this
issue. actually i wrote a personal mail to the administrator of this
group and he asked me the full text. to get the full text, we, some
people from tamilnadu have filed the RTI. however one of our friends
of other mailing group have forwarded this and brought this in to
limelight of accessindia. moreover, as a guy who know tamil, the
translated version is full as that of in tamil. and i would like to
say something here. it is not about whether he said or not, if you
read by clicking into the link that has been provided below, you could
find the unconditional apology tendered by him in english. let us
consider that he is very good and empethising as some of our friends
believe. if he didn't aired such derogatory remarks, then what is the
reason behind that unconditional apology tendered by him? and let me
question one thing. i hope access india contains bunch of legal
experts and visually challenged activists. can you all suggest, if
this is proved, i mean if we come to get the proof for his remarks,
what are the legal repurcussions can be enforced on him? because, it
is not about making him withdraw the said statement because nothing is
gonna change because of withdrawal. we need to proove to the rest of
the society that we have integrity. because our integrity is at stake.
so, your suggestions regard to taking this issue to judiciary would be
highly appreciated. look forward to hear from you all,
thank you.
