What is the address of exam center? Can your writer identify those people and record his witness in law court? If yes, I would suggest you to immediately file a complain in CCPD regarding this untolerable Hitlarry behaviour. One more thing, the circular enabling writers to be of any qualification is issued by MSJE in February 2013, not by CCPD.
