Dear Rahul, Where it was mentioned, scribe should not be graduate? According to the IBPS guidelines, scribe can be from any acadamic. Pasting some guidelines from the scribe form: The scribe can be from any academic discipline. • The Scribe should be from an academic discipline other than that of Candidate (For Specialist Officer in Scale-II)
