Very sorry and disturbing to read what you went through. The performance
gets adversely impacted by such ordeal.
Which centre was this. Make a detailed complaint to IBPS. In such
situations, it is always better to make a audio or video recording your
mobile. You can built up evidence this way.
I do recall, a number was shared on the list for such situation at IBPS.
Try
digging it in the archive.

hope all are fine!, today i went to give my IBPS RRBs examination for the
post of office assistant, i had my friend with me as my scribe,his
qualification is graduation, on the entrance of the examination center i
was got stopped and asked about scribe, there were many teachers, they
asked the qualification of my scribe, i answered "graduation", they
miss behaved with me there, started talk very rudely, they were
saying that no we will not permit you in the exam hall, i convinced them
"sir to the new guide lines of CCPD we can use any scribe", again they
were not listening me, they told me to stand in a corner, i quitely stood
with my writer in a corner, when i showed the photo copy of my disability
certificate to them, they replied "this is fake, these kind of
certificate can be made by giving 50-50 Rs in district hospital", means
he inselting the medical board, he said to me "should i checked up you
by a doctor now that you have problem or not" then i convinced them
that "sir i have
given 2-3 same IBPS examinations in delhi,mathura, in agra also but i
never felt these sort of problems, i had my disability certificate's
photo copy even no hand out/notification/scribe declaration form of the
IBPS have written that to bring your disability certificate with you in
the examination, all these type of documents varification will be done at
the time of interview. on that time some one is found fake, then
automaticaly disqualified. one of them called to some one i dont know
where, he made me talk on phone with that person, he was not listening
what i was saying , after some time 1teacher says we will call to
police you both will be arrested, then i politely replied sir what is my
mistake ," i am visually handicapped is it my mistake" now he was
teaching my indian law, i had that time new CCPD guide lines i requested
to read that, after reading that even that time he got the meaning of
that guidelines but not accepting.
after a long time, 1 teacher says to me give an application to us that
you are using a graduate scribe and mention that i do not have any
identity proof, but i replied sir i have my identity proof as well as
orriginal also the photo copy, now he said write you do not have your
disability certificate with you they were telling we are permiting you
in
the exam but we will complent you to IBPS means your result will be
locked or you will be rejected or may you can face some law problems via
IBPS. i wrote that application.
finally i gave my examination.
IBPS or other examination body must know these kinds problems, and must
understand the situation and strictly they must give the instruction to
the examinations centers where all the scribe candidates are allotted,
because candidate will not face these problems., and what is the
meaning of these guidelines, and that person saying my certificate
fake...
