Ok I am trying to contact to their product guarantee page. But when I ordered the product, I didn't create an account rather I ordered using guest option. Now when I am trying to access their guarantee page, it asking me to enter my account detail which I don't have. I am skeptic, whether creating an account this time will be able to help me for retrospective perchase?
