Yes, I directly talked to their customer care number, they have registered my complaint and I recieved the complaint number too. The told me that the matter shall be resolved with in 20 days. Though in next 7 days they will give me update after talking to the seller, they gave me an option either of refund of the amount or replacement of the product. So far the complaining system is looking sound.
