Dear Avinash it is good on doing reserch on Blind person begging, in
delhi I hope you have come across many blind persons with one sighted
person coming door to door asking donation for blind schools have you
enquired their blind schools where is it, there is nothing like that
the sighted person will give a part of begged money daily and a huge
amount left with sighted person will take with him this is also one
type of begging by sighted persons by using blind person I request you
to please look into such matters in delhi also
