Vashisht Sir, I wrote to this gentleman called Ajai Srivastava (the person who shared this, and he is Journalist and Human Rights Activist based in Shimla) asking if he needs legal help, but I didn't get any reply.
I don't know anyone apart from him. If you are interested, may be we can directly write to the reporter to get the contact info of those students and figure out some solution. If you want, I can write to CCPD along with this news story, but the only aspect you need to take care is if there is any hearing, then you will have to handle the same as visiting Delhi will not be possible for me.
