Ok, how shall I choose a language and correctly inform NVDA that I am using
this language?

Hi,
I also work in Espeak.
You said that you your self can judge whether you are working in Hindi
or Bengali or English.
This is not a fault of Espeak or screen reader.
If you set the voice name as Bengali and type Hindi; you yourself are
misinforming the screen reader. To set a voice means declaring that I
am/will work in this language. Why to set one voice and work another
one.
It is a lie declaration!
The announcement of the language is only while typing a text or
navigation of the character.
In a plain reading it is not announcing the language of the text.
Hence no question of disturbance.
It is not annoying you but is serving its duty with loyalty that it is
reminding you that your default voice is different and working in
another language.
In case of your voice is in Bengali and the working language is also
Bengali; you can say why to inform me?
But if you are setting one language and working another one; it is
your weakness.
Think globally, not locally. A developer never thinks that the user
may handle his/her system wrongly and have an address for individual
working manner.

road is built.

Ok, then talk to the ESpeak developpers. It is very irritating to hear
ESpeak saying Bengali ka and so on. I can understand that I am reading
Bengali, English or Hindi.

Hi,
The auto language detection characteristics is not from nvda but it
is from Espeak.
Nvda does no thing on TTs.
In brief you must understand that the selected voice and working
language must be the same.
Do not think that two or three language, espeak supports more than
seventy languages.

Dear Him Prasad Gautam Sir,
I feel that NVDA developers should incorporate an option by which a
user can allow ESpeak to have no default language or can speak
everything without mentioning the language.
The user might have a document with two or more languages where he can
distinguish between the two languages himself.
Please inform me your views about this.

Hi,
there is a provision of auto language switch in nvda.
Based on the letter, the default nvda synthesizer automatically
detects the language. But if your voice is different than the language
of use, it informs you that this letters belongs to this particular
language.
Take an example,
For example; if you type a bengali ka while your voice is Hindi.
If nvda will say it is a Bengali ka, you will know what exactly the
letter is. If it will not say Bengali ka, how will you know whether
it is a Hindi ka or Bengali ka?
In brief, the nvda voice and the typing language must be the same.
If different, it will inform you that the typing letter language
belongs to the other language.
nvda assumes that you use that language which is set voice.
Setting a voice and working in other language is not consider a proper
way.
Change the voice to the regional language of India in which you work.

friends,
While typing n, v d a 2013/2014 utter the language name for each
letter;
for instance hindy क, hindy ख. When hindy opted as default, the
problem
solved. But, the problem stil continued in the regional language. It
should be notted that it was not in 2012.
