This is another issue we will have to debate.
the braille markings that we have seen as prototypes are not really
distinguishable. Therefore this may be great for sentimental reasons but not
good practically.
There were many of us who tested these markings in 2009 and 2010 and none of
us found it useful.
Please also remember the scenario in India when notes are folded into many
small portions and then these folded notes are saved in bras and in many
unmentionable places. Also dont forget the sweat etc. these all make reading
of braille difficult.
