Hi friends, I am totally blind. I am unable to sighn or signature. So, when I went to state bank of India, main branch dharwad, code: 833. They have suggest me to joint my account with my any family members account. They denial to provide ATM card. I am thumb signature user. So, shall I proceed their suggestion?
