Hi, I am Anisha mishra. I am working a project engineer for last 2 years. I am suffering from macular degeneration. Its a progressive disorder. Its been difficult for me to explain my problem to people. I work really hard at my workplace. I have been under a lot of pressure lately because of late shifts so I decided to move to another project where I don't have to work in shifts. But I am not getting any cooperation from management. I am unsure about how to deal with this.
