Hi Anisha, Appreciate you for asking this question. I am myself a corporate lawyer, and work in a law firm culture.
So I guess you have managed to avoid one challenge relating to late shifts by changing the project. Apart from that I don't assume any mobility limitations or other such difficulties. Coming to your second issue of management not understanding, in what sense you are facing the issues? Is it the problem in getting the right tasks? Or is it the perception and HR related issues. Further, which area of engineering it is? If it is construction or something on those lines, then reviewing reports, planning and coordination, client negotiations, are some of the key things which I believe someone with visual issues should be able to perform. But knowledge of technicalities of onsite work is definitely a challenge. Feel free to call or write to me. -- Amar Jain. Mobile: +91-9892622230.
