Hello,

When we type something in an excel cell, we cannot use arrow keys. Then the cursor goes over to the next cell. If you are sure of the formula, simply go on entering it. Otherwise, use f2 key to switch over to the edit mode. In edit mode you can freely use arrow keys. F2 key also helps in reading or editing existing data.

I am not sure if I understood your problem. Anyway, someone will come up with a better solution.

With best regards,

Subject: [AI] excel queries

Dear All,
1. when you try to type in a particular formula say, payment or
average after hitting "equals" Jaws reads the average but I am not
sure how to enter the value in that formula? when we were entering
payment formula my friends could see the components of the formula
like rate, principle etc. How I get the Jaws read it?
2. If I have the formula and the value in the cell. when I press f2
Jaws reads out the formula to me. How can I read the content within
the cell?
3. When I am entering the formula for the first time in the cell if I
try to use arrow keys instead of reading formula it read outs me
=j2,=j3. I think it announces where I want the result of formula to be
entered. How can I read the formula.

The detail answers would be helpful!
Thanking in advance
Sincerely
Siddhi
