1. When you try to type in a particular formula say, payment or Average after hitting "equals" Jaws reads the average but I am not Sure how to enter the value in that formula? When we were entering Payment formula my friends could see the components of the formula Like rate, principle etc. How I get the Jaws read it? A: use the insert function option as elaborated in my previous Email. 2. If I have the formula and the value in the cell. When I press f2 Jaws read out the formula to me. How can I read the content within? The cell? A: You may paste it as values in a different cell, to do this, navigate to a blank cell press application key, select paste special... and select values radio button and press enter. Now you will be able to read the value by pressing f2 key. 3. When I am entering the formula for the first time in the cell if I try to use arrow keys instead of reading formula it read outs me =j2,=j3. I think it announces where I want the result of formula to be Entered. How can I read the formula? a: when you are entering formula for the first time in a cell the arrow keys allows you to make the the values in other cells part of your formula. To read the formula with the help of arrow keys press enter and navigate outside the cell and once again press f2 to review the formula.
