Dear Avinash,

Please don’t miss understand me, just sharing personal experience.
Till date I have travelled many cities and it was really difficult to
find quick help when I was travelling alone, whaere as in Mumbai
people do help when needed. I am not trying to prove that Mumbai is
best but help is available when require.

Warm Regards,
Tilakprasaad.
