The arch/x86_64/kernel/acpi/processor.o seems to be created from
arch/i386/kernel/acpi/processor.c file and seems that it is not compatible code
with 64bit system. I hope that hint to help to the linux kernel developers
,since I have exactly the same problem, tried EVERYTHING and believe me it is
not config issue!
