More info about the behaviour:
1. Starting linux with all acpi settings correctly enabled.
2. If the processor is cold the fan doesn't start. Then it goes to critical
temperature and the system shutsdown.
3. Restart, now the bios runs the fan, the kernel shuts it down on load. After
"udev" load - the fan is started again and never stops until the system is
restarted.
4. restart, now the fan starts again with lower speed by bios. kernel loads but
right after udev loads - the fan is shutted down and never started again until
the cpu overheat the secure temperature and then shuts down.
