I predict processor.max_cstate=1 will result in a working system, because this is all about failure to receive interrupts when we're in C3 state. Is there any particular config that is or is not appropriate for the acpidump? IE will it be a valid dump if I take it on the system that has been booted with acpi_skip_timer_override set?
