--- Comment #105 from Stefan Vogel <s...@exept.de> 2013-04-16 09:24:23 --- Maybe its superstition, but when I suspend to RAM immediately after a boot, the shutdown happens only about every other two weeks. Without the suspend, the temperature shutdown occurs every other hour. Now I am up since 6 days :D BTW. there is code in the thermal driver to perform a shutdown due to high temperature. But even after disabling the thermal driver, the shutdown occurs. So I think, the shutdown is initiated by EC and BIOS directly. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Precog is a next-generation analytics platform capable of advanced analytics on semi-structured data.
