Just a final thought.
If you can invoke this error even with the simplest form submission
using 'post', then that narrows down the possibilities quite
considerably.
i.e. - if you can create a very simple .a4d page to receive the post
and even that invokes the error, then the problem's not in your
scripts. It sound like it's something in your implementation of the
NKT shell.
What I did iin this situation was:
[A] create a very simple script which invokes the error
[B] download the NTK shell (or demo if there is one) and serve your
script using that
That will tell you straight away if your missing something in your
shell code.
