One more test. Try passing a pointer to a method in the host database instead 
of a component.

So far it seems like it has nothing to do with Active4D, but with the 
combination of making a plugin call within On Web Connection. If it were 
something Active4D were doing, then I would expect the test where you call 
Active4D outside of On Web Connection to also fail, because Active4D has no 
idea whether or not it is being called within On Web Connection.

You might also try a test where you call some other plugin within On Web 
Connection, but not Active4D.
